Just a chip shot south of Rockford, PrairieView is a well-conditioned par 72 course that treats golfers to a mix of tight tree-lined holes and open links-style holes.
Whether you’ve been playing the links for years or you’re eager to try out your new clubs, this course’s rolling hills offer a balanced challenge that’ll keep your shotmaking sharp as you move from green to green.
For this 4 person scramble, each team will be limited to a maximum of 4 players (any experience level).
At each hole, each player hits a shot. The group chooses the best shot, and the team moves to that spot. This process is repeated until the ball is holed out.
Teams will be registered on a first come, first served basis. Individual players will be placed onto teams if they have not already chosen one at tee time.
Check-in & lunch run from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with tee-times starting at 12:10 PM.
Several contests will be held concurrently during the tournament. Across the event, multiple prizes will be awarded for men and women golfers with:

More than just a leisurely afternoon on the links, the LTC Gives Golf outing is focused on lowering one of the most significant barriers to learning in today’s classrooms – adequate technology access. This event raises funds for mini-grants, which K-12 teachers can harness to support their classroom’s unique technology initiatives.
Grants typically start at $500, with applications opening soon after each year’s outing. Past recipients have used their grants to acquire 3D printers, purchase digital art tablets, and facilitate projects focused on renewable energy and digital literacy.
