- Initial Discovery Call: We begin with an in-person or virtual discovery call, typically via Zoom, to understand your specific needs, both immediate and long-term. This step includes an overview of our assessment process and establishing a timeline for your technology upgrade project.
- On-Site Discovery Visit: Our team conducts on-site visits to evaluate your network infrastructure hands-on. The number of visits depends on your district’s size, supplemented by follow-up communications to detail your network’s current condition and operational standards.
- Customized Assessment Document: After a thorough evaluation, we provide a tailored upgrade plan. This document includes an assessment of your current technology infrastructure, curated recommendations for improvements based on best practices, and a project guide to initiate your upgrade efforts.
- Ongoing Support: We ensure continuous support through follow-up communications and/or visits, offering further evaluation and guidance upon request.
